Small ripples of change

how you do anything is how you do everything..

Ever wondered if the small actions really matter?

Skipping the gym or taking a break from your morning routine might not seem significant. But those small actions can have a massive impact on your future and the future of others.

A smile to your barista or putting on your seatbelt might seem trivial, but they can create a ripple effect. Remember the Great Chicago Fire, started by a single lantern?

Small habits we do today directly shape our future. A single domino can knock over another domino 1.5 times its size, leading to a chain reaction that could topple something as massive as the Empire State Building in only 29 dominoes.

These seemingly insignificant habits that are easy to do - happen to be as easy not to do. It’s as simple to skip brushing your teeth as it is to brush them. It’s even easier to skip a run than to go for it.

The answer to this is to never negotiate with yourself. Always keep a clear picture of your future self in mind. Would the person you aspire to be skip that workout or miss an opportunity out of fear? No.

So neither should you.
